CoQ10: ubiquinol versus ubiquinone ▶ Play excerpt00:29

Asked whether ubiquinol should be used instead of ubiquinone for absorption, the Wonders say ubiquinol is fine and he is getting good absorption, while noting that no form is absorbed 100%.

TA-65, telomeres, epitalone and longevity ▶ Play excerpt03:15

Frederic asks whether TA-65 is the same as cycloastragenol.

The Wonders say no: TA-65 is a proprietary astragalus root derivative, and few astragalus concentrates on the market are as strong (two exist but are not easily available).

Epitalone also enhances telomeres and is valid but works less effectively and takes longer.

TA-65 extends telomeres so the body and organs last longer, which can extend life, but no single product extends life on its own; a variety of mental and physical interactions do.

They stress that the mind's concept of finiteness and endings must be dealt with, noting many people from their mid-60s to mid-70s focus on death and rush toward it while trying to avoid it, and that the key is to live rather than to live to die.

They point him to their completed series on changing the methodology of death.

Suggestion that Frederic become a public speaker ▶ Play excerpt05:03

Asked what other knowledge they have for him, the Wonders ask how he would enjoy becoming a speaker to the world.

Frederic doubts he has anything interesting to say; they respond that he minimizes himself while constantly sharing his perspective on life through humor.

They suggest he build a speaking engagement using that humor to express the concepts he has learned over his lifetime tied in with their material, becoming a paid public speaker on a circuit who tells people what is wrong with them, with good self-deprecation, in 20-minute to one-hour presentations.

They frame it as an additional rather than alternative career and a source of pleasure.

After the session, the facilitator describes the image seen: Frederic in a turtleneck giving a TED-style talk, cracking jokes and making fun of the audience while they split their sides laughing.

There is also a brief exchange about the upcoming July retreat, which they say will be different and enlightening.
