Frederic says he has not explored much since the last session because he was on holiday.
The Wonders press him on what he did differently for himself rather than in terms of events, and he cannot say - they note he did not observe.
They give him a suggestion to work with for the next 30 days: consider the words 'spirit' and 'being', how that relates to the relationship between himself, his mind and his ego, and what a spirit being is, promising he will be surprised at what he comes up with.
Frederic reports going to work even less because he is not interested in it and it does not seem important, and describes what feels important as not letting the mind stop him and being connected.
The Wonders say he has spent most of his life attached to the physical world with the mind as a useful tool, is now realizing life is not all centered in the mind, but keeps missing opportunities to ask deeper questions - he did begin asking them during the holiday, but subtly enough that his mind did not notice or want to remember.
His discontent, they say, arises when the mind is not entertained by what it considers the real world, while the self insists on exploring in new directions.
Following the suggestion could intrigue the mind rather than bore it, and bring him a renewed vigor he has not felt for a while.

Frederic asks whether they are speaking with more people than ten years ago.
The Wonders say yes, describing an awareness that has permeated mass consciousness, with individuals reawakening through the efforts of Rene, Maggie and their associates, who are using the internet to broaden the message - though that awareness was already in the consciousness and people are only now finding it.
More and more people are becoming aware they can choose freely and realize their own spiritual self, while the Wonders stress they are not attached to those results.
Asked whether people are less in their minds, they answer that some are but many more are not - world politics shows people going further into their minds - and explain that sometimes people must go deeper into the mind first, as Frederic himself had to resist, fight and push before saying 'enough' and moving on.
His own mind still pushes and kicks, they note, but it has realized it can do so less and still enjoy life.

Frederic wonders whether reduced discussion on the forums reflects less interest or simply fewer mind-driven debates.
The Wonders answer both: interest has waned mainly because people now use Facebook, which is more accessible than the forum, though Rene keeps the forum active as a valuable resource with many visitors but few interactors.
They add that the conversations are less mind-game oriented than they used to be, which makes the forum less attractive to those - Frederic included - who came for those games.
They credit Rene's and Maggie's teams with expanding the footprint so people can engage with the message more easily and flexibly, calling the forum an interesting dinosaur holding a great deal of information.
On Frederic's discomfort with the era of short attention spans and short messages, they agree, describing the short attention span as a symptom of a much more active mind, and say things must move in that direction before slowing down and realizing something else.
Facebook succeeds, they note, because it delivers nuance and detail in short messages.
