Earning more money and the consultant option

Frederic asks what an earlier session meant when it said he could earn much more money doing something he was not then doing.

The Wonders reply that he has effectively achieved that outcome already without making the move: he is his own master in his work environment, deciding his hours, his way of working, and even his pay, while keeping the security and benefits of employment.

The original suggestion had been to become a real consultant travelling to do the work he does now, which would earn more money and is worth doing if he needs more, but since he is so good at extracting more money from his employers they suggest he continue as he is, keeping up the work, attitude and perspective and looking for more.
