The wife asks whether it is a good idea to buy a house in the region where they live.
The Wonders ask what each of them actually wants, observing that she is looking to nest and that a house would give her a base, while Frederic values the freedom, and even the thought of the freedom, to move, which owning a house removes.
They tell him he must become aware of what he truly desires and chooses, and that once the nesting question is answered between the two of them, the location becomes merely a matter of choice and preference.

Frederic asks whether he ever wrote a book in a past life intended for a future self.
After clarifying the question, the Wonders answer that no book was written in the past for his present self, but that the manual directed to a future self is not yet complete.
Asked if he would like to complete it, they suggest he start writing, and advise him not to worry about what has already been written but to focus on what message he wants to present to his future ultimate self.
Frederic notes that although everything is accepted in the subconscious, it is easier for people to become more conscious, which they affirm.

Frederic recalls earlier talk of a vision for worldwide retreat centers and asks about it.
The Wonders reply that he should not wait for Renée, Maggie or those directly associated with them to begin: the vision was for individuals such as himself to start teaching and to set up retreats where people can come for a few days or a week to enjoy cleansing, good organic food and good water while exploring concepts and constructs beneficial to their spiritual growth.
They say he could do this quite easily and it would benefit him, but it remains his choice, and that Renée and Maggie could occasionally attend to give attendees a direct personal experience with the Wonders alongside the teaching.
They note he is well positioned with a fairly wide potential audience across the European Union and the UK already exposed to their teachings.
Frederic says he knows he needs to learn patience first.

Against heavy background construction noise, Frederic asks whether his dislike of habits is behind the many varied events and situations he has been going through, or whether that is simply life.
The Wonders answer that part of it is that he wants to shed his habits: he has been seeking to change, to become more flexible and less structured than in the past, and this desire is pushing the limits of everything he chooses and experiences.
His interactions are changing and he will be even less happy with repetition than before, no longer merely from boredom but because he now recognizes that repetition prevents him from being flexible and choosing in the moment.

Resuming after the interruption, Frederic notes that he used to have far more time for relaxation and that although he enjoys choosing more flexibly, the pace of his life has increased, and he asks whether he chose that or it is simply life.
The Wonders answer that the more he chooses, the more opportunities for choice present themselves; formerly he simply did not choose, so his choices were minimal and he could spend much time doing nothing.
Adding a child to those choices makes him busier still, though the child is not entirely to blame.
They say not to expect this to slow down unless he chooses it: he can choose to slow things down for a day or two and say he needs a rest, then say he is ready again.
While he rests the universe rests with him, and when he is ready to move the universe moves with him, which they call the ultimate command.

Frederic asks about the Wonders' remark during the noise about whether he was enjoying not being heard; he admits he likes challenges and on some level was enjoying it, though he says life is much better now than before.
They tell him to keep showing his mind that, so it does not get bored, tired and unwilling to move.
Discussing his tiredness, they say it is not merely physical from lack of sleep: most of what he feels is his mind's resistance to choosing more freely and having more to choose, protesting that it is too busy and has no time to sleep, relax or take care of itself.
The less resistance, the more energy.
They state that about four hours of sleep is what his body needs to clear physical tiredness (six with extreme physical exercise), plus an extra three to four hours for mental recovery, since the remaining sleep time is when the mind plays, dreams and restores itself.
He observes he has been surprised how little sleep one can function on short term, and they warn that 'Zombieland' is not for him and that sleep is good and healthy.
He says he will listen again to the sleep series, and notes that when he is more centred and his mind is not going in all directions he needs less sleep and tires less easily.
They confirm this brings more joy, movement, flexibility, interest, energy and vitality, adding that sex is better when centred rather than mentally busy, allowing immense orgasms and strong kundalini.
